Hotel Reviews
"The staff at the hotel are superb - very friendly, and clearly take customer service very seriously. I have been made to feel most welcome the times I have stayed. The food is also excellent, with a varied dish of the day. The soups have a definite home made quality to them and the dishes flavoursome. The guests seem to be a noisier than at hotels more aimed at business travellers, and the soft beds may be a problem for those with back problems. However for the price, it represents excellent value for money, and the friendly and efficient staff would make the hotel definitely one I will stop in again."

"As a female business traveller, there is nothing worse than eating in a hotel restaurant/bistro with a load of male travellers staring at you, therefore most females solo travellers will preferably eat in thier room when travelling alone. Unfortunately, I had to go down to reception to pick up my tray of food to eat in my room, and when I got the meal back to my room, it was the worst I have ever eaten anywhere, the tuna was like leather, and obviously very old, and the tray had no condiments. I was not offered any veg or potatoes to go with the meal, so ordered a side salad, which I was later charged for. When I complained the next morning to the recepetion staff about the meal, I was told that because I had said nothing the previous evening, they could do nothing about it. Poor service in response to the above, and poor food means I wouldn't stay with you again."

"Very good value for money if you are looking for a basic hotel just to lay your head down for the night. The rooms were clean with coffee/tea facilities. Very small dining area with a few tables available for drinking only."
